Easy to set up & use!

I bought this on the recommendation of a friend. I'm not very tech savvy but was very pleased with how easy it was to install & I love all the additional options I have for watching tv now.

Not as advertised

The presentation on QVC made it look like you just had to plug the stick in. It was much more complicated. After being on the phone for a long time with Roku rep, I was told I had to call phone provider. This took another TWO hours. Also didn't make it clear that just about all the features require subscription or purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the streaming stick after owning the original version for years. It is the best investment I could have made. It is small and is easily plugged in and out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There's the stick and and then the apps

The stick works fine, but has a few annoying quirks. I use the external power supply because it takes too long to boot; it wouldn't connect to my network until I found some hidden setup info out on the web and this ticked me off because the reason it wouldn't connect was stupid and the fact that I couldn't navigate to the settings without a magic sequence was annoying; I find the service-specific buttons on the remote to be useless and annoying --- the should be assignable. The apps are variable in quality; if the ones you want work well for you, great, otherwise you've wasted your time and money.

So easy to install and operate

I was happy with the streaming stick that was very inexpensive and easy to install and use. It is easy to move it from TV to TV so we can watch it in any room.

Super easy to use

Love that it has so many different viewing channels to choose from. Remote is super simple and easy to use. Its also awesome to have because if you take it to a friends house to watch a movie using their wifi, your account and automatic logins are still there when you plug it back into your tv.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as good as the roku box

I have had this about 6 weeks...it is not near as good as the roku box..it seems to have a hard time connecting..it takes a very long time to comeup..sometimes 15-20 minutes..i wouldnt recommend the stick; hiwever i live the box
