Fun on a Stick

The wife loves access to Acorn, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. I've enjoyed those, and also enjoy Amazon Cloud for music. We have others to explore, since we have only had the Stick for a few weeks. Thanks, ROKU!!!

Easy to use & lots of content

I bought one of these & an Amazon Fire TV for another room in the house. For twice the price, the Amazon TV is slightly faster, but I enjoy the Roku more for the ease of use. The menus are easier to scroll through & find saved content, and I don't get lost in them as much as I do on the Amazon TV unit. It's also easier to figure out what content is free & what content has an additional fee, and to access the free content than it is on the Amazon TV. My only complaint is that the four buttons at the bottom make it very easy to accidentally click away from what I'm watching & open another app accidentally. I have to be careful to set it down on the table when I'm not using it so I don't accidentally press a button when I'm not using it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The transition has been so easy for me and I'm 60! If a sixty year old can do it then how hard could it really be? Love this Roku!

Although it did take us several days to navigate through all the channels, it was worth it. So many things to choose from. My favorite is my netflix and the music videos.

I bought the stick and liked the way would use the USB port of the TV to provide power. In the brief time I've had the stick it has 'hung' and I needed to remove the stick and the power to reset the product. My other Roku has never had this issue. I've also had an issue with Netflix app, it does not load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The first unit was bad and i couldn't set it for my tv and they replaced it right away and shipped quick. no trouble with second unit
