Delivers the goods

Could use a better search function for new apps and more options on the remote. We are very happy with the item overall and use it daily for apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and Lifetime. Intuitive to use and navigate.

I am very pleased with the operation of this product. I have it on the television in my bedroom. I especially like the money I am saving by "disabling cable".
Stream speed is comparable to my Roku 3. I plan on buying another soon.

Works well for a 2nd option to TV

Purchased this a couple months ago. Overall, I'm happy with the product. I do not watch a lot of standard TV shows/news, as my work hours are sometimes long. This allows me to watch Netflix and other stations when I have the time.

cumbersome; not intuitive to set up

Bought this 2 months ago; have had to reinstall it 3 separate times. Installation requires a computer to access the internet to complete what you start with the Roku stick. Phooey to that. I give it a poor 1 star rating because a 2 is rated fair. It isn't, it's poor. Don't waste your money on this turkey!

I have had my Roku for a week and so far, both my wife and I love it. Although there are many other "channel" available, we have so far only tuned into Netflix. The picture comes through sharp and clear. Together, it operates as if I have a house full of DVD movies etc. without the added costs or consumption of storage space. I can safely predict that the future of television is already here. It is called Roku!
