Good Product - Setup is not easy.

Bought this about a month ago. Out of the box this device wouldn't connect to WIFI until a software update was applied. Needed tech support (chat) to get the software update and find the hidden menus. The WIFI signal is excellent in the room the Roku is used.
Pros - good user interface / menus. Lots of choices / channels to choose.
Cons - set up is ugly.
Cons - set up is ugly.

The set up was fast and easy. It's very easy to navigate, add channels, find what I want, etc. There are all the apps and channels I could possible want.

I am a senior widow, and I installed it all by myself. Just needed a little help at the end to obtain a code, and Roku rep. was so very helpful and curtious. My 6 year old grandson loves the Kids part ! Very satisfied with product.

The device works well with easy set up. It offers the updated Netflix app which is the reason I switched to it from the Roku 1. The only problem I have is that the remote becomes nonresponsive at times. Sometimes it's only for a moment and other times for long periods of time and I end up having to take the batteries out and put them back in or use the mobile app to control it from my phone until it starts working again. The remote issues are the only complaint I have about this device though.

I love that I can catch the Blaze network. Regular cable doesn't offer it so I ditched cable and am saving a lot of money!

Easy to set up, great performance. Lot's of channels available. The app is easy to use as remote. Being able to search all channels at once is outstanding.
