All In One Package, I cut the cable.

I have it on 2 Tvs. I use it for Netflix and Hulu Plus. I no longer have satellite tv. I did install an outdoor antenna that I purchased at Radio Shack for $70.00. I use to watch my local news and football. I watch a lot of free channels with my Roku like Crackle, Vevo, and even watch some tv content on Youtube. I watch tv on my terms, I don't need a Dvr to record it. All the different channels in one little package. You will not regret getting one. I wish it would cast content from my computer to the tv a little better. I use the Mymedia channel but it is glitchy.

easy set up and simple to use

I have had my roku for a few weeks and simply love it. I continue to find new channels to add and I have found that I have less of a need for my over priced basic cable service. My only negative comment is that it is not compatible with my older RCA (HD flatscreen). The HDMI ports are working just not with roku. Other than that....I love my roku!!!!

Bought a Roku Streaming Stick about a month ago and works great. It's cool that I can take it with me and use it on other TV's.

Love this thing

Had a sony smart DVD/blue ray player. Never worked right. Started and stopped more than I got to watch tv. Took back and bought roku stick. LOVE IT.

Good for the price

The Roku Streaming Stick is a pretty good value, if the following cons don't get in your way:
- Sometimes it crashes or becomes very unresponsive.
- The YouTube app on it is just terrible! If you watch a lot of YouTube, you're better off watching it on your PC. I tried "casting" YouTube videos but it hardly works and the Roku ends up freezing often.
- The remote is great other than the annoying app keys (e.g., Netflix, Amazon), which are so easy to accidentally press. I'm sure Roku is quite aware of this, but I'm guessing that they have a good financial incentive to continue this practice :-)

Strange name for a wonderful little box

I am 72 and disabled and current cable is a waste of money. I have enjoyed numerous film with great picture and no commercials! Absolutely love it !!

Great product works great my only complaint would be its size I have one TV that it would fit on its to big to fit in the cubby hole for it on the back.
