Great for the low profile TV wall mount no wires almost all the functionality of the full size. Now my HDTV is a smart TV only $100's less

Roku Streaming Stick

I have the Roku Streaming Stick in my bedroom and my Roku 3 in the front room and I love them both. The only thing I wish is that I could access my Facebook or Internet Explorer. But otherwise it is awesome not to be paying a big satellite/cable bill every month.

Not for everyone

Sales people don't seem to understand what is required to use Roku. I have the most basic cable service and bought the stick and set it up. Apparently that isn't adequate to enable me to get the channels offered through Roku. After registering for a few and getting the message that I couldn't access them, I returned the Roku stick. I was very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth it to buy. Toughest thing was getting package open. Easy installation and set up. Was going to buy a blue ray player to get Netflix when store clerk recommended Roku as I did not really need another DVD. It works great.
Make sure u have a good internet signal near TV or get a booster.

Miracast does not work

Has never worked it hangs I bought the Roku expressly to use the miracast feature but it has never worked it hangs consistently

I bought this a few month ago and am happy with its quality and performance. He does have a few quirks though! But overall I am very happy with it!

I have 2 Roku Sticks and a Roku 3 and a Amazon Fire TV. The sticks aren't as responsive as the others, but work great once the show is streaming.
