I have had Roku for over 2 years, but loving the Roku Stick as well. Love the additional apps that's constantly being updated..

I think it should say on the box that a 5G wireless connection is recommended.
Also the boot up time is slow

I bought this about 2 months ago and while I'm happy with Roku Brand, this was not one of their smartest inventions. The "convenient" stick becomes VERY inconvenient when it must be plugged into a wall outlet to work. I figured it would be a wireless, rechargeable battery. NOPE. Might as well go with the more thought out "wireless" ones. Cause this was very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never to old to learn!!!

I'm 70 years old and was just tired of paying such a high satellite bill each month. Nephew put onto Roku and I can't be more pleased. It wasn't hard to install in the least and getting all the free channels is an added plus. Thank you for a great product.

Love ROKU

We bought ROKU while my husband was recuperating from a minor surgery (if there is such a thing) -- anyway, we LOVED it so much we've put one even in our RV. ROKU allows us to watch the shows we enjoy anytime. And, the commercials are so much shorter. Get it - you'll love it!
