We are very satisfied with the quality to view tv.jw.org. We did find the instructions for installation a little hard to follow, but we managed it.

With the power cable connected you don't have to wait for bootup, making it the easiest and most practical from all the Roku's...

Great Video Quality and Services Selection

I have both the little HDMI plug stick and the Roku-ready Smart TV. Both have amazing picture and audio quality, and the number of service channels boggles my mind. In both cases I get the same value, but I can move the stick from TV to TV anywhere in the house. If only the power cord was about a foot longer for my tall dresser. Once you register for a service it is available on any TV you plug the device into. The remote is small but full-functioned. These devices would be super at three times the price. -Happy Consumer

I bought this after owning the roku 3. The stick is much slower and can be unresponsive. Makes using it pretty frustrating.

Just what we wanted

My wife and I bought this exclusively to view JW. Broadcast. We had a problem with no captions and asked Roku about this issue. They were so helpful sent me a number of emails trying to help. We decided to buy headphones. Dealing with the Roku tech support was a pleasure. Other on line sellers could do well to emulate their service.
