Bought this last summer but it didn't work with Android tablet using the Slingbox app. Now works fine together.

I bought because they were out of the Roku 2 but I was not disappointed. This works just as good as the 2 but it's cheaper. I actually like the way my Netflix plays on this one better.

I had bought the Roku 3 before the stick and I must say I'm not that impressed. It lags a significant amount and the connection isn't nearly as good as the R3.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it on the first of November to save money than with cable because my friend has Roku & I fell in love with it.

I bought the RoKU a few weeks ago and I think it is great for streaming videos and products like Netflix. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy another RoKU product in the future.

Great Streaming

We bought this 2 months ago. It iwas primarily for JW.TV. Purchased the ROKU Stick. We absolutely love it's easy features. We ran right out and bought another for my mother in a nursing home. So much better than regular TV or access through another device such as a blu-ray DVD player. Like also the access to smartphone, and apps such as YouTube and Netflix. Lots of free channels for News, cooking and exercise. Love it!
