Have to reset it every few days!

The product work well but I have to reset it every couple of days. It is becoming an issue. Not as good as the AppleTV.

like the Roku but the user guide is none existent. There is no guide as to how to use the remote.

Works great, But if we skip a day using it we always have to restart it . I would've given it all 5 stars if not for that, but it's a great product

Love it, but VERY slow.

I love my Roku, however it is very slow. I just bought it in November of 2014 (so I've had it maybe a month) and my only complaints are that it is slow, and that I cannot get the remote to work half the time. I have changed the batteries, etc. but I still have to push the buttons very hard/move around to get it to work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a basic roku box in one room, they are not available at best but any more so I bought the stick. Certainly not what I expected. It loads slowly, stops to buffer and some of the stations are not updated even though I did an update when I bought it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too slow...

This streaming stick won't keep up. It keeps stopping to buffer. It is not my wifi router because my smart TV works just fine when streaming.
