I have not been able to get the remote that came with the roku to work and I have changed the batteries

Great value for the money

I bought my Roku stick about two (2) months ago and I am pleased with the product. It has lots of FREE channels to choose from and is easy to use. It turned my HD tv to a smart tv. I actually watch the tv with the Roku stick more than the smart tv I purchased last year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the Stick after buying the Roku 3 for the TV in our living room. I was having huge issues with the remote control. I used my phone and it worked, so I knew something was wrong with the remote itself. I followed the tips online, still didn't work. I called customer service and they walked me through the steps again, then sent me a new remote in the mail. It works great!! No issues!

Has what i need

It has all the important apps i need but is slow and freezes all the time. We have to unplug it and restart it several times a week. I kinda wish i'd bought an Amazon stick instead
