Roku Stick vs Roku 3

I have the Roku 3 in the living room and the Roku stick in the bedroom. Both work very well, but the stick is just slightly slower to respond to its remote. Unless you need the other features of the Roku 3, the stick is fine and a lot cheaper.

I bought this for our bar where we didn't have cable hookup and then got one for our camper. Also am giving one to my grandson for Xmas to use in his dorm at college.

I purchased this product a couple of months ago to connect to a TV that didn't have a cable box. We have subscriptions to Huluplus and Netflix and love it. The quality of the video is smooth and looks great on an HD flat screen, with those subscription services and a good internet connection who needs cable!!!!

Magic for the eyes and ears

I bought this a month ago and haven't yet explored all the possibilities. Such a joy to watch Netflix on the big screen. I hadn't realized they screened in such high definition, looks fantastic. The music options are incredible. The entire Roku experience has been a revelation.

Streaming stick

Bought the streaming stick approximately 2 months ago after lightning blew out my Roku box and 2 HDMI ports on my TV. The only issue I have with the unit is that I have to put it in HDMI3 and on my JVC TV and the width of the stick body interferes with the shroud on the back of the TV and is very tricky to get it in the port. Other than that and the fact that it's now $10. cheaper than what I paid, great.
