I bought roku in Dec 2014 i am enjoying this product very much i love to use it for my Spotify only thing is i can not acses radio through it on roku. It is so easy to take anywhere i was going to buy a smart tv before i purchesed roku wow did i save my self some money thank you great product. DALLAS TX

Cool service with room to grow

The streaming stick was the highlight of my holiday season. I have watched movies and TV shows that I would not have even known about, as well as some that I'd been looking for for years.
The one suggestion I have is to find some uniform way to database the content of the channels so that a search for a specific piece of media could refer the user to the channels where that content can be found. I think there is one service that creates this level of guidance, but it only pulls from a few of the high-profile channels.
I am enjoying the service overall. I look forward to any improvements to come.

Works great and has lots more channels than my Smart TV, I bought four Roku units and have them on all my TVs. I can spend hours looking at the different shows and channels, great fun on rainy, snowy days.

Simple and effective

They make setup as easy as possible and you only have to do it once. I recommend using a computer or tablet with a keyboard for setup since it is slow to 'type' using the remote control.
After that, it is so easy even technophobes like it, yet it has full integration with apps so the tech savvy can put almost anything on the big screen.

I bought this for my 84 year old grandmother to watch Christian Network Channels. She loves it! Easy to use! Two days later I had to go back and purchase one for my mom!

Got this as a present for Christmas from our son and his family and we love it. We have amazon prime and streaming is so easy. I have to find a easier way to pick movies and shows....I am going to try to do it on the computer.
