I am unhappy with this item. I have trouble with it and can't even use it. Each time I click, it won't change the screen. It's useless. I feel like I wasted money.

I had a blue ray player that stopped working. That was how I could get my Netflix. My son told me to try the Roku stick, more convenient and quicker. He was right. Instant access to everything and so many channels. It's the best.

MY FIANCE' AND I WANTED TO START WATCHING A 'SERIES', STARTING AT THE BEGINNING AND THAT'S WHY WE GOT ROKU. IT'S VERY USER FRIENDLY AND THERE'S TONS TO CHOOSE FROM AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

I have had the streaming stick for just about a month. The set up process was very easy. Signing on to different channels was also very easy (except amazon which has nothing to do with Roku). Since this is my very first experience with a streaming device I would say it went well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
