I discovered Roku over a year ago when I didn't want to be hooked to Sat or cable. I loved the unit and was able to get most of the programs I was interested in. Now it came time for a second TV. We bought a 2nd Roku and it is a sgreat as the 1st.
Thanks Roku!!! I have alos had a few friends purchase one after I told them about the great features.

Freezes

I use my cell phone for wifi n everytime i connect to it it stops n freezes up its very irratating i had to return it i usually dont have any problems with my wifi i can dl pretty well but in this case it wasnt working for me frustrated me so much that i returned it.

Roku frustrates me!

I bought this product before Christmas and was so excited to be able to watch Netflix on my TV! Out of the box, it presented issues with delays in responding to the remote! Oftentimes, it either has a large delay between the buttons I push on the remote and actually responding to the commands OR it doesn't respond AT ALL! I am thinking about taking it back now as I am soooo frustrated with its performance. I would still like to try another brand as I have recently divorced myself from cable/satillite providers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago I am completely satisfied with its performance. Images are clear, and the roku stick was easy to connect to my Hdtv; the registration process was not complicated either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features in an inexpensive little stick!

I am very happy with the Roku Stick. It offers a huge selection of apps including movies, tv, music, news, and lots of others I never even heard of but are there if I want to try them. The apps load quickly and are easy to navigate. I have not had any crashes or glitches while using the Roku. It picks up my household wifi well and works great. I also have the Roku 3, and while that one is lightning fast loading and navigating, the Stick is still quite fast. For the money I would buy another Stick again. A nice feature with Roku is once you set up an account it syncs all your Roku devices so if you add or delete an app on one device it automatically updates your other devices. I like the Stick alot and highly recommend it!

remote doesn't always work

Remote keeps getting disconnected from Roku. Audio keeps getting disconnected. Have to keep going back for both and fixining. Pain in the but..

I got the roku about 4 weeks ago and love it. Better than expected. Think it it better than Apple TV.
