Convenient

I like the stick mainly because it's convenient to move from tv to tv. But in most cases I'd rather just use a regular Roku. The stick seems to work fine but let me give you a couple of issues I've run into...The HDMI plugins on my TV's are in a recessed area on the back of the tv. This is okay with regular HDMI cables but the Roku stick is long and doesn't really fit in the recessed area. I have to slightly bend the plug on the stick to plug it in (so far the stick seems to work but I'm sure I've lessened the life of the stick). The stick doesn't seem to pick up my wifi as well as the regular Roku. I can't use the stick in some rooms of my house where the regular Roku picks up the signal just fine. The remote seems to lock up often. I originally thought the stick was locking up but then I got the Roku remote App on my phone and that never seems to lock up. So in spite of those few issues, the device seems to work fine and I don't regret buying it.

piece of defective garbage

the remote is always crashing it hardly ever works the device also crashes frequently always error codes....I hate this product I would not recommend it to anyone it is defective and just a large headache...i want my money back....the horrible thing is I purchased 2 of them one as a Christmas gift...I am so ashamed to have given someone this piece of garbage.....it's a piece of useless garbage I purchased it for bathroom television so that I could enjoy my Hulu Netflix and amazon while enjoying hot bath...the effort it takes to successfully watch even one program ruin's my whole bathing experience if I can even get it to work properly which is mostly never i usually just give up and say forget it....I hate this product
