Almost perfect

Great streaming what you want when you want it. Once in a while there's a glitch but very seldom. Only thing I would change would be a smoother fast forward and rewind.

Received Roku as a gift. Signed up for Netflix. The only issue is the volume on TV is very low. Must turn volume extremely high to hear programs.

Roku Streaming Stick

I bought this product a little over a month ago. It has crashed on me several times per week and I had to reboot. To reboot I had to unplug the product, take the batteries out and than plug back in after a 10 second wait and place the batteries in. While doing this I had to press a button on the back side not knowing if pressing the button on the back side really helped with the rebooting and than hold the controller close to the Roku Stick. For me this seemed a little excessive. The content of the material is fine that is why I bought the stick to begin with to get away from the big cable and satellite companies. I would recommend product to individuals with caution. I'm not sure if everyone has had the same experience as myself. I had to call the help line to set it up which again, took time from my schedule.

Purchased this product for my wife for Christmas and she loves it! All the great features from the original Roku in a compact box that plugs right into any HDMI input on any of our TVs. Love the easy to navigate menus and cool apps. Thinking of getting another one for an extra TV.
