I bought it for christmas . Then I reduced my cable to the basics. We have more stuff now, but we would like to have axs tv. And destination america.

We have a smart tv and the roku 3 streams so much faster!! We luved it sui much that we got 2 roku streaming sticks as well.

My daughter purchase the roku stick for me as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love this product. I have been telling all my family and friends to get rid of their cable and to purchase a roku. This is very user friendly, affordable and compact. You must give this product a try.

Purchased right after Christmas 2014. Ocassional lockup on certain channels and requires me to unplug power and HDMI to get it to reset!! About once a week

Terrible profuct

I bought the Roku stick because of the Smart TV I purchased as a gift to myself for the hard year I had. I purchased it Dec. 22 and by January 15th it had stopped working. It freezes, pauses and just doesn't connect at all to the TV. I should have gotten another base model which we've had for 3 years without a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOVE IT!!! LOVE IT !!!! LOVE IT!! I have recommended Roku to many of my friends. I have saved an average of fifty dollars a month since I purchased my Roku in December 2014. There is a multitude movies to watch. You can always find a good movie or program to view.
