Lots to look at

Got the streaming stick as a Christmas gift and hooked it up quite easily. Loaded up some channels and I was on my way. Lots to choose from although some are a waste of time with not much content. I have DSL which is slow and makes waiting for things to load a hassle. Overall I like it. My favorite function is being able to project anything from my IPad or laptop onto the TV screen through the Roku. Keep,up the good work!

Compact and powerfull

Owned for a month. I like the compact size. Had to buy right angle adapter for one of my TV's because it must be plugged in straight to hdmi. Many of the channels require you to have it on cable tv first before you can watch it on roku. There is lots to watch for free. A good value. No off mode, just screensaver mode. Have had to unplug 2x do to it freezing up.

I love my Roku Stick!

I've loved Roku for years, and it just keeps getting better. In addition to owning three of them myself (The XS, XD and the stick), I've given a few as gifts. I've never had a complaint. I thought setup was easy before, but the stick took it to the next level. It fit nicely into the side of my Vizio tv and powered up via the USB port adjacent to the HDMI port. I didn't have to mess with threading wires through my media center. I was up and running. I was worried that the remote wouldn't be as responsive, since it is IR, but it's worked great. I use it with PLEX, Netflix and Amazon mostly, but it's one of the faster loaders for Hulu as well. Highly recommended

This has been one of the best purchases i have ever made. It was so easy to set up and it is very consistent. Netflix and hulu work without a fault on this product. We love it.

Great Product

This is the second Roku I have purchased. Both devices have their benefits. Installation was a piece of cake on this one, and I can easily transfer it from one TV to another. There is a noticable lag when comparing the stick to a basic Roku, but once it gets going it works just fine. Also, I was hoping to pair it with my pc and phone, but that only works with specific mobile devices and operating systems (make sure u check that before u purchase). Overall I've been very happy with the product.

Not liking it

It works to slow. And when I'm watching a show. It some time stops. Then can not get back easy. I had to up my cable streaming. And it still does it. Now I'm going to call and cancel the cable update. It's not worth it. Sorry cost a lot for everything to have it. And the stress for my husband.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
