Love this little stick. Entertainment in a such a small device. Love the way it works and love the convinence
Wish there were more free things but I love it just the same. Movies are cheaper then going to the theater and I can be in my own home relaxing while I watch. Love how I can catch up on my shows I watch weekly. Just a great item.

We have been very disappointed with the cost of our cable tv and we talked with relatives that have Roku and love it! They said it was easy to use and I am not a "tech savvy" person but this was as easy to use as advertised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for a Christmas present. First we had a hard time getting it to work. So we asked for an extender. What's it arrived it worked perfectly for about two weeks. Than it stopped working again. No matter how close I am to the router it kept telling me make sure we were in range. So for the last couple of weeks we haven't been able to use.

Slow, unreliable

I have a chromecast an an older roku box in the house. Both give a daily reminder of how bad this streaming stick is. I made the mistake of putting this in the bedroom. So at the end of the day, when you're ready for sleep, it's time to go in the bedroom...and begin a battle with this thing. The menus are too rich for the speed of this thing, it's very slow. I need to pull the batteries out of the remote and put them back in again to get the remote to work half the time, and yes, they're fresh batteries. It sometimes gets locked on the open screen. My "set-top" roku box is old, from 2007? It performs much better than this thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
