I'm very unhappy with the CBS app. We cannot watch an entire show. The Roku was purchased primarily because of the CBS app. This app only shows clips of shows. NCIS is our favorite show and we thought we'd be able to keep up with the series through Roku.

Keep it close to your router

i bought the Streaming Stick for my son's room, but quickly found out that even though the router was under 25 feet away the internal antenna would not allow access. Roku has sent the adapter that was supposed to boost the reception, and still it won't connect. Luckily we have a Roku Box that we moved form a closer to router location to his room and placed the Streaming Stick there. The picture and everything else is good and performs as expected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great, but needs audio stabalization

I love the RETRO TECH channel and NASA. I know the audio tracks on some of those old training films are low. Perhaps a run through an audio stabilizer and leveler would be a good thing to do.

I bought this about a month ago it was working fine until 2 weeks ago it keeps freezing up shutting down and restarting not sure what's going on but I don't like it
