Very Happy

Purchased about a month ago, before doing that we tried Google Chrome and Amazon returned both. They were slow and features limited. The Roku box never failed us in the past, so we decided to try the stick. So glad we did after the other two failures. Streams quickly and HDR qualities are great also.

Great alternative to cable.

I purchased two of these, as my family has grown tired of the 300 channels of garbage the cable company is offering up as entertainment. Connects flawlessly to your Internet, YouTube, *Amazon Prime, *Netflix accounts, Pandora and more. We have been using these for a month now and we enjoy the entertainment options. We may very well turn in our cable boxes. *Paid subscriptions required.

Lovin' It. Satellite Going Bye Bye.

Bought 2 x Roku Steaming Sticks before Xmas as wanted to start getting the household (wife) onboard for removing Satellite service.... she's the only one using it and we have 4 TVS enables in the house for it. I think we have won the battle.
Performance has been great while streaming, and the connection via Plex to my Media Server has been awesome. The selection of available subscription services is huge, although as a Canadian there are some constraints that one needs to be aware of -- some of them just won't work in Canada :-(.
All in all with the sticks all TVs are now enabled as we need, so it is time for Satellite to disappear -- too bad they didn't think streaming would catch on :-)

once I saw that Roku had a stick, I knew I had to have one, and the price was a great selling point also. it was so easy to set up, and even easier to use. I am now trying to convince my husband, that this is ALL we need, and we should get rid of our expensive cable co. cheers to Roku.
