Absolutely mediocre. Features represented as included must be bought separately - and are still in broadcaster's control. Prepare for a merciless avalanche of post-purchase self-congratulatory marketing email puffery.

Somewhat disappointed

I received the Roku as a Christmas gift. The device has great features if you take the time to pair and re-energize the system after a day or two of inactivity. The online guidance regarding operation of the system notes the instructions for restarting the system but this process is very cumbersome to initiate every time you wish to use the component.

This opens up a whole new world of experiencing films/TV series that I had to go to the local library to find. Happen to love English mysteries and there are an array of choices out there.

I got this unit for Christmas and was very glad to get it. IT has worked out just right for the tv that I put in the game room. I didn't have a connection to the cable where the tv was but with the Roku I didn't need it. Great!!!!!!

I highly recommend The streaming stick! I put my old one in the bedroom and have this one in the living room and I am very happy that I can watch from whatever room I'm in.
