It's OK. 3 Months free Hulu Plus didn't work.

It's OK for streaming Netflix. The offer of three months free trial of Hulu Plus never worked for me, I tried it over ten times. The remote stops working from time to time even with good batteries.

It was given to me as a gift...I enjoy it a lot. It has a variety of choices to choose from and it is an easy to manage. It is very entertaining...

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR ROKU, IT WAS SO SIMPLE TO USE, BUT WE MOVED 150 MILES NORTH AND LOST IT NOW WERE SO SAD ABOUT LOSING IT, IT WILL BE AWHILE BEFORE WE CAN BUY ANOTHER ONE AS WE ONLY GET SOCIAL SECURITY FOR INCOME.

An unexpected Christmas gift from our son has turned into a whole new world of entertainment options for us. Not particularly technologically talented, this was easy to set up and easy to use. Lots of fun!

Got this product 3 of them about a month ago and they suck, can't watch no shows without it stopping or buffering or it will just cut all the way out saying it lost connection. Netflix never can watch movie with the roku device but I can watch a movie fine with my Wii or DVR box that has the same signal as the roku. Waist of money my kids are disappointed and I am too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to Set Up, Easy to Use

Five stars and a thumbs up for the Roku Streaming Stick (DDMI Version) for several reasons. The Roku Streaming Stick was easy to set up: it hooks right on the tv which eliminates the need for more plugs to be available, and there were only a few steps needed to get it up and running. The remote is easy to use, and the user screen is simple to navigate. There are quite a few channels that can be downloaded to use with the Roku Streaming Stick which provides a good range of things to stream on the big screen instead of always watching on a computer or tablet.

This is going on my my 7th week with my roku. Now my older brother, sister-in-law, and parents are all streaming with ease and smiles as they have too let go of "t.v. Providers"
I have the stick version and it's features are excellent for my multimedia network at home. Or if out I can take my stick and plug in. I think it's great that my phone can not only act as a remote, but as a media hub for the beta technology I so love.
Simply put, it's an open ended device that compliments all the hard work I've put into making my entertainment center. Thank you roku....
A must buy for everyone.
