The best alternative to crouching over your laptop

My Roku has made me a happier content consumer! It brings many of my favorite channel apps and websites together so that I can still enjoy watching on my TV. My only qualm is that the interface isn't as fluid as I would like. When scrolling through each app, there is a bit of a lag - one that you wouldn't necessarily experience if clicking through the app on a desktop or tablet. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the ability to curate all of my favorite shows in one place!

Love the stick! Using it in my kitchen so it is discrete and out of the way. The remote is very useful and I like not having to rely on another device to use it.

Great for Netflix streaming! I do have concern about leaving it on all the time. It would be nice to be able to turn it on and off.

Warning...it only works with certain HDMI TVs.

Advanced warning: I tried this on four TVs and it only worked on one. Each TV had various HDMI ports...tried on all. Check your compatibility...otherwise, back to the store for a return of a device that is limited on which HDMI TV's it will play nice with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i got this on christmas, and i love it!!! the only thing i dont like is fact that it takes so long to load and it takes a long time for the remote to start working.

Poor Pairing

I love the ROKU until we loose poower. Then pairing the remote with the ROKU unit is a hit and miss.
