My Roku is not working and the store that I purchased it at said it is a hardware problem with the Roku based on the symptoms I described and the steps I took to correct the problem. Would like to be contacted by someone with Roku who can help me get the problem solved. Jim

Love it!!! I bought this a month ago and love the idea of being able to watch WHAT I want, WHEN I want.

Plug and play

Been using it about a month now. Remote is good but wish it was a universal so I could ditch my 2nd remote. Channel selection is decent but could be better to help cut the cord on cable. Have a 3 in the living room also. The apps don't refresh the shows enough which isn't roku fault but it makes leaving cable harder.

Received ROKU as a Christmas Stocking Stuffer. It was easy to install. It is faster and easier (less buttons to push) way to connect TV to FAVORITES than my Blu-Ray.

So easy to use and set up
