Seems like a good idea

I receive a Roku as a gift from my family for Christmas. It is not something I expected or would have done for myself. It seemed to be a good idea until I tried to use it. Plug-in play was not my experience with my new Roku. It took hours of online exploration and phone tech help to get it set up only to find out that the WiFi signal was to inconsistent to use it Where we wanted to watch offerings on Netflix and Amazon. The whole experience was very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Buy for the money.

I bought the ROKU streaming stick about 2 months ago to stream NETFLIX. It was very easy to install and come with free channels for example ESPN. I watched a lot of tennis that you could not get on reg. TV. This thing is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible connectivity

I bought this device a few weeks ago and until I slammed it on the ground a couple of times it would constantly reboot to find connectivity to the remote. Not really ideal since it is only eight feet away from remote...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Price okay functionality

Great price for the functionality but the remote is very sluggish to respond with the unit and it takes a long time for apps to load

Clearer Viewing

I purchased the Roku stick about a month ago because I was unable to afford a third cable box. I LOVE IT! The picture on my TV is SO MUCH CLEARER. I love the free channels. I love to view Netflix and Hulu through the Roku. It's so much easier. Some of my favorite free shows are the cooking and home improvement channels that stream!

Love the product...I'm able to watch my local TV station from my home country...only problem i have is not been able to watch from multiple TV with one subscription.

I was looking for a way to set up my Netflix without buying a Xbox or blue ray. Found out about a roku, so I bought it and it was 100% worth it. Just plug it in and start watching.

Great product for the right television

I have 5 LED TV's in the house, and this product will only fit in 1 of them because of the length of the product. One of the televisions even advertise on the box that it has a special MHL port specifically design for the Roku stick, but the Roku stick is too long to fit because of the location of the MHL port.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
