Really easy

We bought a Roku about a month ago. Absolutely love it. Have recently cancelled cable and are saving tons of money. The only thing I would change is the size of the words on menu pages. It's very had to read the small font.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the Roku Streaming Stick

I had purchased a Roku 3 and have really enjoyed it, so when I went to purchase another Roku, I read the reviews and decided the streaming stick would be best for my greenhouse . I love how easy it is to set up and how little space it takes up on the TV. Although I haven't explored all the channels, the Showtime and Amazon Instant Video selections are absolutely the bomb. Thanks for a great product. I can't tell much difference in the Roku 3, it works really well!

Roku just ok

Bought this because we were in temporary house that offered only an antenna. We added wifi and promptly install our Ruku. Added many channels that were free only to find out that you have to subscribe to most to get any programming and that cost for each subscription. We soon found out that the Ruku was a wifi hog. We have used it since in a home with cable and anytime someone is on the Ruku and another is trying to use the wifi it is very slow and glitchy. Not what we had hoped it would be. Works great to stream videos, etc but just takes up too much of the wifi. It won't be moving with us to our final house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My new Roku

This was a Christmas gift and I'm so thrilled with it. I am also grateful the gift giver set it up for me. I have enjoyed it since I received it and watch it about 3-7 times a week.

few free movies difficult to operate wants a credit card for almost everything before you can watch most chanels

Got one of these during Black Friday for a guest bedroom.
Pros: It works. It's a Roku. Have had no issues with it.
Cons: It isn't as quick as the Roku 3 and I don't think it will run a lot of games (but honestly I haven't tried.)
General: It works fine for a guest or kids room, but I would go ahead and spring the extra bucks for a Roku 3 if you want great performance/games.
