Didn't know what I was missing until I got one as a gift.Cable TV should be running for cover ! One of the best gifts I can remember.

a lot more old time tv shows then anywhere else. its. good to watch what you want when you want..great for old movies like Sufi and horror movies.beginning to think twice about cable tv.keep the old shows commuting.............

We recently bought a Roku Streaming Stick for our bedroom tv and liked it so much we bought a second for the living room. It is very easy to set up and use, as well as being very affordable. Before, we were streaming through a Blu-ray player and had lots of re buffering issues. That is not the case with the Roku. Streaming is much better quality and there are many apps available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

freezes quite a bit

Have had the streaming stick for about a year now and for the past few months I've had to reset it at least once a week. Overall I like it but this has definitely been an annoyance. And worse is when it resets and I have to re-login to all of our apps. Pain in the tush and time consuming.

I had it for less than a month, but I had to return it as it kept freezing and the romote wouldn't work. Maybe just bad luck w mine, too bad.

Loving the access to so many shows and movies - especially full seasons of older HBO and showtime shows. Wish is had Starz though :)
