The stick is great! You still have to plug it in to an outlet and the price could come down $5 to be more competitive with Fire Stick. Other than that, no complaints!

Frequently buffers during shows which makes it difficult to watch. I ordered the recommended extension wire, but it made no difference.

Best streaming option device on the market period

Its a better value right now than any of the competition apple google amazon etc and it has a great number of viewing choices only disappointing part is that for some channels showtime history a&e you still need a cable subscription which is stupid but also not roku's fault but the fact that they stay up to date with programming choices is great yes you can opt for gaming systems and bluray or smart tv's but in the end roku to me is still the best solution for cable cutters it intergrates so smoothly with your tv its just like switching to another channel and in 1080p not sure about one and two but roku three is the best and has a memory card slot and is extremely fast when browsing through the system the stick is okay but very slow bottom line regardless of your level of choice just pick one up

Purple Screen of DeaTH even in the NEWER models!

Why can they not address this issue with the PURPLE screen "handshaking" problems they have with the newer units...my old ROKU 1 has never had a problem with this, it's my ROKU 2, my Streaming Stick, etc. etc...It's SOOOO annoying!

The bad:
Stream stick finds WiFi but can't connect cuz TV is wall mount
remote sucks

So you can't use phone app remote until you get WiFi to connect and frustrating because WiFi has trouble if using TV wall mount

I have had my stick a month or so and it is no longer working. It appears that the probl is with the Roku remote. Looks like I wasted my money. I am very disappointed. I am a Cancer patient and I was so looking forward to Netflix etc........

From the moment we got this product home the remote is subpar! We have to stop all the time take.batteries out and switch them around to reboot it!
