Great access to British TV

I bought this specifically to have access to Acorn TV, but appreciate that other activities are available. There were some connectivity issues which needed to be worked out with my cable provider, so I would advise any new users to check with them first for tips before installation. But once resolved, the Roku streaming is excellent. Very glad we bought the stick instead of earlier versions of the product.

About once a month, the stick stops working correctly and I end up having to do a factory reset on the thing to be able to get it to work. This is a huge pain because you have to log onto the Internet with another device to register the stick, then setup EVERYTHING all over again... Downloading all your info and typing in all your logins with that pesky remote that doesn't seem to work half the time! But the Roku does offer a lot of different channels to download and overall is a decent choice. I don't have much to compare it too because I used to just use my Xbox.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a hard grader. Five stars are rare for me. Would have given four but for the fact that the remote has to be reset anout every other day

This is the second Roku I've had and I love it. I gave the first away and I upgraded. Always something to watch on tv. Easy to setup and use.

Installed my Rku stick a few weeks ago and love it! I am so excited to be able to watch Netflix on my TV .. good movies and no commercials! Roku makes it so easy and so far everything works great.

Have not really used it yet. totally non tech person so barley have it set up thanks to good friend. I am sure I will enjoy when I take out time to test
