cheaper than cable

I do enjoy having this roku, but you have to get use to watching t.v in a different way. just have patience. be careful as not all shows are free.

Fought with my Sony television for hours, trying to get Netflix. Finally gave up and bought the Roku streaming stick. Plugged it into the tv and was good to go.

I bought this on a whim. I did away with Sattelite provider 5 years ago and had been using my computer to get shows and Movies. I tried Cheomecast and didn't really like it and it was limited. My Roku Stick gives me all the programing I love plus OOOOLD movies and TV programs. Now I have 2 just had to have one for the bedroom.

I bought the Roku Stick for my 2 year-old son's room, which has a flatscreen TV, but no cable jack. I logged into NetFlix, set my son up with a kids profile, and at TWO YEARS OLD he is able to navigate using the Roku remote and find the kids shows he wants to watch and play them. The picture quality is outstanding, there have been NO issues with lagging, etc. Excellent product, excellent price!
