I think I bought a bad one

I own a roku 3 and decided to put a roku stick on my second tv, after running about 30 minutes it locked up. I tried the reset button, rebooting it and unplugging it, it just never responded after the thing locked up. I sent it back for a full refund, now thinking about another roku 3.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great service's on Roku. Remote needs help. Other than that I love it. The remote dropped my rating down to Average, if the remote worked every time then I would give a 5 Star Rating

Great streaming device

We got the Roku for free from our internet service provider. I never wanted one before but when I tried this out I loved it. I have chromecast but it doesn't work nearly as well. The Roku is VERY user friendly.

I bought this a couple months ago and I like it a lot and would recommend purchasing it. The only issue I had was for my wall mounted TV, it only has an HDMI port that is rear facing. Because of the Roku design I had to get creative to get it to fit. So if u have a wall mounted tv proceed with caution
