To long.

The stick is to long for most TV's. Make it shorter or have the connection at a 90 degree angle. You would be better off buying a ROKU 3 than the stick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my Roku stick about a month ago and I LOVE it! I have spent a lot of time on my Roku stations as I spend time recovering from surgery. I will continue to use it regularly I'm sure!

Better than smart TV

We bought a smart TV to a avoid another gadget. When we couldn't access a site that we particularly wanted, after trying for several months, we finally broke down and bought the ROKO stick. Now we know that we should have skipped the smart TV, bought a not-so-smart TV and the ROKO stick in the first place. Not only do we get the site the smart TV couldn't get but the stick plays Netflix so much better, we don't use the 'smart' feature on the TV any more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stick fine, Remote batteries last 12 to 18 hours

small remote eats batteries every 12 to 18 hours, would guess this is singular problem. Would like to see more sport apps.
