I have only had my stick for 2 weeks, and so far I am very pleased with it.
It was a good investment, and I intend to purchase another unit for an older TV and turn it into a 'smart' TV. My only complaint is in most apps there is no algorithm for sorting or searching.

Great features but poor wifi antenna

I had great expectations and i didn't know if to buy the stick or the latest version, finally i decided to buy the stick version. Although it delivers what it promises in terms of available channels, the streaming quality suffers a lot because of a poor wifi implementation. I get constant cuts or reloading pauses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love our Roku players!!!

We've had a regular Roku Player on our TV for a year or so and love it . so when we bought a new Larger HDTV we bought a Streaming Stick for the new TV with higher resolution and took the old TV and Roku player for our Bedroom, now we can enjoy our favorite programs in both room with out having to move the Roku. Love it. its better than Cable as we can watch what we want even vintage TV shows we grew up with.

Great product when it works

I have the Roku stick plugged into my Sony Bravia TV. When it works it works great, but it seems to crash every time I go to use it. Before each use I have to unplug and replug the unit to get it to recognize the remote and pick up the tv channels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
