Stick is good but not the remote

Streaming stick is a great product by roku. The only problem is the remote control it disconnects from the device every now and then.

I have the streaming stick, which works well. I did away with the enclosed remote almost immediately, though...clunky, the buttons stick, 3-4 second response delay between remote and unit...awful. Once I found the Roku app for my phone, which works very well, it became a door stop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got the stream stick a wail ago abd love how small it is works as well as my roku 3 just helped my friend set hers up too she loves it and all the money we are saving

Remote does not always work

I had to return the first Roku streaming stick because the remote did not work. For the second unit it works better but there are still times when I press buttons and the unit does not respond.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the Roku streaming stick about a month ago and I am very happy about it. The stick is not bulky and the features are very easy to use.

Software is awesome, hardware is cheep

The HDMI male port got bent 20 min after installation. almost broke off. Software is awesome, hardware is beyond cheep.
