Really like this product, only hang up is the remote. I ended up downloading the roku app to use as the remote, which was alot smoother. Overall this is a great product and I would recommend it.

My parents put it in their new condo and it worked well so I bought one for myself. Mine doesn't work at all! It says it is conected with a strong signal strength but nothing will load!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased the ROKU stick at about the same time we bought a ROKU box. The stick in all honesty is slower in accessing programming and it quit altogether one time, we had to shut it off for a while and reset it.. everything considered I would recommend purchasing the box..

Some disappointments, but overall impressed

I bought this to stream the NCAA March Madness Tournament. I had previous experience with Apple TV, Amazon Fire Stick and Chromecast, so I figured I should try Roku. I was surprised I could watch the tournament online, but there was no way to watch it on Roku. Just give me a way to login like ESPN, HBO, etc. Then, I figured out I could cast it from my Nexus 7 tablet or Galaxy S3 phone, but that was unreliable. I kept losing the connection. I have, however, used it for Amazon Prime, Pandora and HBO, so its not a loss. It has more variety than the competition, which I like. I find it as easy to use as the others as well.

Remote problems with every use. Must remove battery and put back in.. Then it works.. Very annoying ! Since day one this has happened
