It's an amazing product overall. I do think the remote is a bit faulty since I've had problems with it disconnecting and not being able to do anything so I have to open the back and take out a battery and put it back in for it to work. Other than the remote the Roku stick itself is amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this stick to replace older Roku XD. First stick was defective. Replacement stick worked fine for a while then locked up. Had to call customer service, reset the stick, and re-enter all my account info for Netflix, Hulu, and other services. Major pain. Seems to be working fine now. Spend a little more and get one of the box units. Not impressed with the stick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love the Roku!! I held back one star for the reception weakness. We got rid of our cable and only pay for what we watch. It's like being set free from the cable monsters!
