Convenient

Happy with purchase but not happy with having to constantly reset it. Example. If I'm watching tv after I found the channel I want to watch. I can't use the remote. Need to remove batteries to get it to wotk

Touchy Remote!

I love using Roku for streaming the huge variety of programming available, but I can't figure out why the remote is so touchy! The Roku screen comes on and the remote doesn't work, so I take out the batteries and put them back in, and then it works fine! What gives??
When I was setting it up, I couldn't get to each step to set it up. I finally went to your trouble-shooting website, and the first thing it said was to try taking out the batteries of the remote and put them back in. I did that, and then each step for installation was easy. Why don't you put that simple suggestion on the sheet explaining how to install it? If you had, you would have saved me 2 hours of frustration and useless trial and error!

We enjoy the myriad of program choices. It is great to be able to watch what we want, when we want. It is so easy to operate that my 5 year-old grandson does it by himself.
