Sluggish remote response

The remote occasionally "hangs" when traversing the content, after a delay of a few seconds it works again. The first remote was bad out of the box and was exchanged free of charge. The content is better than average but the remote issues are annoying.

It doesn't work!

There appears to be a bad battery connection. I was able to get it to work briefly by removing and reinserting the batteries. Then I replaced the batteries with new ones, but it does not work at all. I will go back to the store to get a replacement.

SPECTACULAR ! The Roku Stick was easy to install and works flawlessly. The streaming you get rivals broadcast TV. I love it so much, I am now buying a TV with the Roku built in.Thank for a great product.

Glad I cut the cord!

I am really pleased with the Roku streaming stick. It takes up no space at all. I did purchase the usb cord to alleviate the use of the power cord (which really needs to be a bit longer--my tv is on a stand, and the power cord doesn't reach the outlet), but I haven't used it so can't review that product just yet. There are tons of channels, but I mostly use it to watch my Amazon Prime. On two occasions, the streaming froze, but that may be more due to my awful Century Link internet than anything else. Overall, I am very pleased. Setup is amazingly easy. I did go onto my computer to load the channels I wanted, just because it's easier to use the computer keyboard than the tv keyboard. Very pleased.
