The stick only works if the remote works. I am having constant trouble with the remote control. In order for the remote to work, I have to take the batteries out and put them back in. I cannot recommend the product to anybody until I find a solution to the problem.

I've had it for about a month. Loading is extremely slow, shows just stop and I get an error message quite often. I have the stick, it sticks out the side of my TV. My Apple WiFi unit is about 20 feet away with no obstructions - loading is still extremely slow, shows just stop and I get an error message quite often. I also had to replace the charge cable with one of my own. Maybe the small Roku box would have been better? I do like the Roku interface and remote control and the picture is nice when it does load. The setup was also very easy. I think it's just a hardware problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought one two months ago love it how it works and order the second one. I just love how fast streaming from one channel to another.

Wrkd a few days, then kept freezing up. Aft going thru all troubleshooting, realized it was a bad stick. Returned it & sticking with the tabletop model I've owned for yrs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was surprised with some of the content available for free. There is alot of the free content that I do enjoy. I added a Netflix subscription because I felt that something was missing without it. It is convenient to set up and use and is a great alternative to cable.
