what is wrong with the remote??

id like to know why the remote constantly freezes (screen freezes) and you dont hear those tones when selecting something using the remote...

I purchased the Roku after trying out a friend's and I will never watch tv
again with out it. Roku is the best.!!!
I have told all my friends about it. Lose cable, dish, ROKU that's where it's at.

Excellent all around. Lots of apps. Plenty of speed for the price. Netflix starts up quickly.

Too Pricey. Way better than Google and Amazon

I bought the Roku Stick after using google chromecast. What a difference. I do think that the price for the Roku is too high, especially since you have sold so many. Used to be the more you sold the lower the price got. I would not upgrade to the better Roku just because of the price.

Been using BluRay WiFi players & they work at first - but after a while - quit working smoothly. Decided to try out the Roku - and so far, so good. Hope it continues to work as smoothly!

Not Happy

I purchased the streaming stick to replace a stolen ROKU 2 box and I am totally dissatisfied. The streaming stick is slow to respond when using the guide and it starts scrolling past selections so fast you cant read them. I even exchanged it assuming it was defective but it seems to be the way it works. Stuck with it!

Remote does not work after 1 day

I bought this about a month ago, bad decision !! the remote stopped working after the first day and the only way i can use it now is with the remote app on my phone.
