Stick great, registration terrible

I purchased my Roku stick after loving my other Roku. The problem I experience with both of them was the same. When you have to go to your computer to register it with the code, that site never appears with the code section. Had to call to finally get it registered. I know 3 other people who have Roku, they recommended it to me, and they all have had the same problem with getting the site to come up for registering. I am a techie so if I am having a problem, I am sure other people who are less computer savvy are having more problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Love JW.org but the stick blacks out....

I really love ROKU! But there are instances where the screen blacks out. I don't know if its the connection or the stick. But I love the available content.

Good for the money

I had to call the customer service line a few times for very technical issues not related to the stick itself and the service was good. Adding channels is fairly easy, but there should be a larger selection of adult entertainment available. AEBN was offered but not on my stick.

Good movies to choose from

My son bought this for his father's Birthday, April 1st. However, it has become mostly mine over time. With that being said, I don't feel we get enough Free channels. Hulu wants money ea. month, Netflix the same and several of the others are the same. I had to choose one and I chose Netflix because it was the one I was most familiar with. The Roku stick was so easy to install and we have everything on both our computer and Smart TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the streaming stick I can take it anywhere and I can get Netflix which is the best part. It so easy to use.
