I have enjoyed using my Roku, still getting use to it!
Adding channels as I encounter them on the ever growing list!
I have days where I only watch shows and movies on the Roku instead of my basic cable!
Only issue I have is the repetitive ads on some channels and occasional streaming issues!!
Otherwise its a money saving entertainment gadget!

Loading Issues

I inherited this stick from my parents as they bought a Roku 3. It's not horrible but could use some improvements. Every day my show will be interrupted by a loading screen. It will not progress further until I back out to the previous menu and then re-click on the show. It is mildly irritating but I didn't purchase it so I can't complain too much. My parents have had issues with their player as well. Randomnly the device won't connect to the internet or gets stuck and needs to be reset soft or hard. In my perception, the quality of Roku devices needs improvement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mostly good news

I have a Roku 2 on another TV but went with the stick because it powers using USB and I'm out of places to plug some else into.
The other nice feature is the remote isn't line of sight like my Roku 2.
The bad news, as expected, is the performance on the stick is sluggish. I expected this but it's still annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it, there's always something to watch. Don't even have to pay for cable. Roku is all I need.

Amazing product! Everything is at your fingertips. No need to worry about not enough recording space on DVR or not being able to record multiple shows at the same time, just go to one of the channels on Roku and watch when you want.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a month ago and it now does not work at all. All it does is flash and will not connect with the remote. I am truly dissatisfied with this product.
