good device, poor remote

Device works fine, speed is better than my Roku2, remote "sleeps" after a while and won't "wake up" unless I take a battery out and reinstall it. I returned the first one but I'm guessing it's a power saving feature that is annoying because the second unit I got does the same thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Simplest Way to Stream.

I bought the stick for our country home and it's almost as good as the ROKU 3. There is no better option at this price range. I have XBOX, PS, WD, Bluray always use ROKU for NETFLIX, HULUplus, and VUDU.

This is my second Roku device. I have a "smart TV" but the Roku accesses Netflix and other channels much faster and navigation is easy. The remote is simple to use. Unfortunately the remote is a bit on the delicate side. The battery cover broke in the first weeks of use without any damaging drops or other strong forces applied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my Roku stick but my only problem is my remote does not stay paired to it. I constantly have to keep repairing it or use my remote that I downloaded. But otherwise I love it!
