I took it back to the store the same day I bought it. It turns out that the "free" channels I really wanted were only free to add the shortcut to the menu, not to actually watch. I really just want a way to watch professional soccer without paying a hefty subscription. I want real games, not just score updates and talk.

Stopped working

I bought 2 streaming sticks this Christmas one was a gift and one for our family. Ours stopped works after 4 months. I was really surprised.! We have other Roku products that have worked great for years but not the stick. I won't buy the stick again? I am also am disapointed in the reduction of shows. There were shows I loved that are no longer available. Maybe be switching streaming options all together.

I have had Roku for about a month, recently it just stops and I cant get it to work ? I have to keep taking out the batteries either I have a bad remote or bad batteries and I dont know where to buy these types of batteries.

I love my Rokus! I dropped cable over a month ago and couldn't be more happy with my savings and channel selections. I've turned many of my friends onto Roku.

Barely worked

Terrible experience overall the remote worked barely ever and the streaming stick had aweful lag returned to store a week after buying this aweful product and got a chromecast for much cheaper and much better abilities

I dont like all the ad's on it ! just the same as watching tv.... and I already pay for it every month ...and this uses my broadband to work ...and i pay for it every month also ! to too many ads !
