I had a hard time with instilling it turned out to be the remote. I down loaded the app to my smart phone and use this for my remote . I like the end result however the remote that came with it should not get stuck.

Roku given to me as a gift. Having difficulties streaming especially with Amazon. Constant rebuffering very irritating. Using my iPad instead. So far, not good.

I enjoy the roku , it is an easy way to watch a movie or find one from the old days , such as abbot and Costello .

All in all it works and gets the job done. If you see yourself going and cutting the cord go for the roku 3. The streaming stick is good just a little slow. also for best results you've really got to plug it into an external power source.

I was so pleased with it I bought one for my 13 year old grandson. Only thing I wish they had more things for Facebook

The roku stick is not as simple to use as proclaimed. It is for a TV that is hanging on the wall, however when you need to reset the button it is on the top side of the roku stick and required getting a stool out to reset it and this happened several times. I returned it to place of purchase and the required days of return had expired, I had knee surgery and was not able to return in the proper amount of time, so the only thing that could be done was to give me a new one which had been opened and most likely returned by someone else. I still have to install the replaced one and will report on its progress as soon as I can. I have two other roku boxes and that is what I wanted to do is replace this stick for one like I have as they work okay, sometimes it is slow retrieving a program but I like this kind much more than the stick.

luv it I can watch my netflix, hulu plus , feeln and other things on tv instead of the computer - so worth the money - just bought my 2nd one for downstairs

Right now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I have been having trouble. It seems as if the remote does not work at all times. Today it won't work at all. Has good batteries, my WIFI is up and going. I have already taken one back for exchange and now I have the same problem. Can you help or shall I just give up. Discussed.
