Works perfectly

The Roku stick streams content flawlessly with no problems. Set up was very simple and quick. This is my second Roku product, the first being a Roku 3 which is cabled via ethernet to the downstairs TV. The Roku stick was supposed to be a secondary device to be used primarily for convenience off the kitchen and dining area. I find myself simply using it for everything since it works so well. A great product and well worth the sale price I paid. The stick is very close to my wireless router so I do not know how well it would work at more challenging distances, through walls, etc. I suspect it will deliver as promised.

Faulty remote

This is the second Roku stick that I have used. Returned the first one because the remote would often fail, would not send signal to TV. Removal and re-installation of batteries or smacking the remote with the back of my hand would sometimes resolve the problem. (loose connection?) Exchanged first remote for a second and the same thing is happening.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have a "smart" tv that would only work with the internet about 1/2 the time. Plugged in the Roku and have had no problems since!!

Easy to Use

We decided to finally get rid of cable and purchased the Roku after researching the other options. It was super easy to install and set up. Probably took 5 min. Went with a medium fast internet connection and it works great.

This is a great product with great support. We got rid of satellite TV and are now saving between $80-$90 a month. It is also very easy to use and navigate!!!
