It's so easy to use. Just attach!! I love technology. I can take it to any tv in the house and watch what I want. I can eliminate at least one cable box and save!

I just had to get properly acquainted with the remote and that was well assisted by the support team. I kicked out my cable company the same week and since then I have been happily streaming. Amazing instrument.

Want to go back to old unit!

I bought this unit because it had the feature of using my cell phone to play music through the stick. Also we were upgrading because it was time. We wanted our Netflix profiles in our room. So far I am less than impressed. I will have full internet signal on my phone, yet can't get anything to work on the Roku. Also 90% of the time the app won't work with the stick. It says it isn't responding, yet I use the remote and it is fine. I thought the Internet was the issue but a speed test from my phone and the Roku sitting in the same room showed that was fine. Very tempted to take it back and buy a different streaming unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE IT the only problem I have is screen mirror when I watch my movies from my phone it gets blurry for some reason.

This device stops working on a regular basis. I have yet to get through an hour without interruption no matter where I am.

The Stick is very bad. I need mine to be replaced with a regular box. I want to return it. As, the reception is bad through wireless. The streaming hangs as well as it does not suit some TVs like SAMSUNG etc. where the USB is in the side. This is bulky and it breaks and the power supply is bad and shakes and does not hold properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
