I'm so happy with the product the only bad thing about it is that the router has to be really close to it but as long as we keep it close it woks wonders!

We are having a huge problem with the remote losing communication with the stick in the back of the TV. Can you help us?? We are thrilled with the service it brings to my Mom who is 81 and confined to her bed. The remote needs upgrading. I hate to have to continually remove the batteries so it reboots. Can you help us?????????
